Dinner with tasting menu (meat or fish) at our restaurants: BBAY or Il Rivale.

Dinner includes: welcome glass of wine, starter, first course, second course and dessert.

FISH MENU

Seabass tartare served with cherry tomato water & basil sprouts

Raviolo pasta filled with burrata cheese and raspberries, pistachio cream and red shrimps

Sea bream cooked at low temperature with pea cream, salad and citrus

Strawberry tartlet, small meringues and fiordilatte ice-cream


MEAT MENU

Beef tartare “Nizzarda style”

Gobbetti pasta with saffron, Carmagnola rabbit ragoût and its sauce

Rack of lamb au gratin with olives, dry tomato, beets and chanterelles

Strawberry tartlet, small meringues and fiordilatte ice-cream


Alternatively you may order à la carte at Aquariva Restaurant (piped music).
