The Beach Bar welcomes you to start the evening with a refined aperitif by the lake.
Beverage and food options will be available à la carte, accompanied by live quintet music.
From 8:30 PM
Tasting dinner (meat or fish) at Il Rivale al Lago and Bbay restaurants, set up for the occasion in the gardens of the resort.

Spider crab and zucchini roll with Greek yogurt gel, pistachio oil, and curry mayonnaise
Calamarata pasta with scallops, Jerusalem artichoke cream, and lime
Turbot bruschetta with vegetable ratatouille and smoked mozzarella reduction

Otherwise, Aquariva Restaurant will be open with its à la carte menu, accompanied by background music and a lake view.
AFTER DINNER
The evening continues in a relaxed mood, with soft lighting and live music until midnight. Guests may continue the evening at the American Bar and Beach Bar, open until late.
Evening access is reserved exclusively for hotel guests and dinner participants. Drinks available à la carte.
