Opened in 2019 in Desenzano, Honoré was created as a fashionably-designed venue with a focus on design, attention to detail and high quality, offering everything from breakfast and pastries to an American bar and wine shop.

In 2025, the brand expanded with the new Lonato location, which adds gastronomy, lunch and brunch options to its bar service.
