From 7:00 PM
The Beach Bar welcomes you to start the evening with a refined aperitif by the lake.
Beverage and food options will be available à la carte.

From 8:30 PM
Tasting dinner (meat or fish) at Il Rivale al Lago and Bbay restaurants.

Octopus carpaccio, julienne celery, olive powder and confit cherry tomato 
Calamarata pasta with lobster, basil cream and burrata cheese
Sea bass in bouillabaisse sauce, turned vegetables and toasted bread croutons

Otherwise, Aquariva Restaurant will be open with its à la carte menu, accompanied by background music and a lake view.

AFTER DINNER
The evening continues in a relaxed mood, with soft lighting and live music until midnight. Guests may continue the evening at the American Bar and Beach Bar, open until late.
Evening access is reserved exclusively for hotel guests and dinner participants. Drinks available à la carte.
