POLICY:

The entrance ticket includes the access to Splendido You spa;
Reservation in advance is required and you should provide a credit card as guarantee, 50% of the amount of the ticket will be pre-authorized on the card;
Penalties: the depsit will be kept in case of no show - In case of bad weather we will not charge a penalty;
Children ticket: free up to 3 yeard old - 50% discount from 4 to 12 years old;
Parking: the external parking is available;
Valet Parking service: € 15;
Tesla/electric cars recharge: € 15/h;
Possibility to bring your dog to the park area: supplement € 20
